Blueberry Oatmeal Bake

Gluten-free, dairy-free, warm and comforting.

Here’s what you need:

-1 1/2 C. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

-1 1/2 C. Almond Milk

-1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

-1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

-3/4 C. Frozen Blueberries

-3/4 C. Apple Sauce

-2 tsp. Chia Seeds

-2 scoops Collagen Peptides

Here’s what to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Combine all ingredients and pour into 8x8 baking dish.

  3. Bake for 35 minutes. Slice and serve Immediately.

Makes 4-6 servings.
