It took two attempts and three days, but I finally nailed it! This reminds me of the coffee frapp at Starbucks: that slightly creamy but mostly frosty consistency. here’s what you need:

-6 unsweetened cold brew coffee ice cubes

-6 unsweetened almond milk ice cubes

-1 frozen banana (chop before freezing for easier blending)

-3/4 C. unsweetened cold brew coffee

-1/2 C. unsweetened almond milk

-2 scoops Vital Proteins mocha collagen creamer

-2 Tbsp. unsweetened powdered almond butter
