Hard-Boiled Oven Eggs
So I know it’s popular to have these pinterest-perfect, flawless hard boiled eggs, but in all honesty I’m all about EASY. and LAZY. and QUICK. Those eggs taste the same and they go in my lunch all the same! So I just put my eggs in a muffin tin (that way they don’t roll around so much) and bake them at 325° for 25 minutes. It also helps to put them in an ice bath afterward so they peel easier. Done!
