Hempmeal Morning Bowl (Food Freedom)

All of these ingredients are Whole30 compliant, BUT, if you're Whole30ing I highly recommend sticking to the protein-veggies-fat meal template for your meals and leaving this one aside until you're finished. No cereal recreations are allowed on the program. I speak the truth to you in love!️ If you're rocking your Food Freedom and an oatmeal-y breakfast sounds yummy but the effects of eating oats don't, then this is for you. It's easy!

Here's what you need:

- 1/2 c. Hemp Hearts

- 2 tsp. Black Chia Seeds

- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie spice

- Just under 1/2 c. Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk

- 1 tbsp. Cashew Butter

Here's what to do:

  1. Boil the water (or heat up the almond milk in a saucepan)

  2. Stir in Hemp Hearts, cinnamon and Chia seeds, and stir occasionally for 4 minutes

  3. Stir in cashew butter for extra creaminess

  4. Top with some yummy things (this morning I chose strawberries, coconut, an extra spoonful of cashew butter and cacao nibs).
