Banana Nut Protein Latte (Food Freedom)
I knew if I wanted to start using protein powder, it would have to work in my existing routine. And I speak COFFEE. I just created this Banana Nut Protein Latte recipe and it is heaven, I'm not kidding! Smooth, creamy, and delicious️.
Here's what you need:
1 shot Espresso (or 40ml strongly prepared coffee)
1 c. Almond Milk
Dash of Cocoa Powder and Cinnamon
1 serving of Rootz Nutrition Paleo Protein Superfood powder (Chocolate Banana Nut Flavor!)
Here's what to do:
Heat almond milk and prepare espresso simultaneously (everything needs to be very hot).
Pour espresso and almond milk into a measuring cup and add protein powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon.
Using a small whisk, milk frother stick or similar tool, whisk together for 60 seconds to insure texture is completely smooth. Froth should rise to the top of the liquid.
Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately!
