Ravenclaw Scarf Smoothie (Food Freedom)
I wanted to recreate the look of a striped Ravenclaw scarf with this smoothie. Even though my smoothie turned out more Pygmy Puff purple than Ravenclaw Blue, it was still delicious!
For the blue layer, blend:
-1/2 c. Frozen Cauliflower
-1 c. Frozen Blueberries
-1/2 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk
-2 tbsp. Coconut Butter
For the grey layer, combine 1/2 c. Black Chia Seeds with 1 can unsweetened coconut milk and refrigerate overnight.
To assemble, layer each in a glass and top with bee pollen!
