Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks (Whole30)
Forget wings people, drumsticks are where it’s at! I love to serve these with compliant ranch and a plate of raw veggies. Yum!

Here’s what to do:
Preheat oven to 450°.
Take chicken drumsticks and PAT DRY with a paper towel (this is a very important step to make the skin nice and crispy).
Place drumsticks on 2 parchment paper-lined cookie sheets skin side up, and spray each drumstick on each side with avocado oil spray.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the buffalo sauce by mixing Frank’s Red Hot, ghee and garlic powder.
After 30 min, take out the drumsticks and brush both sides with buffalo sauce.
Bake in the oven for 10 more minutes and then serve immediately!
- 2 lbs. Chicken Drumsticks
- 1/2 C Frank's Red Hot
- 3 Tbsp. Ghee
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Avocado Oil Spray
