Chipotle Relish Aioli (Whole30)
I made this creamy dip for fish and fries: the photo here features my Whole30 Kombucha Battered Cod! This dip is sort of tartar sauce inspired, but with a kick of chipotle and tang of dill pickle! Makes 2 servings.
Here’s what you need:
-1/4 C. Whole30 Mayo
-1 tsp. Minced Garlic
-1/2 tsp. Chipotle Powder
-1 Tbsp. Chopped Dill Pickles (check your labels!)
-1/2 tsp. Whole30 Ketchup
Here’s what to do:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for flavors to combine. Serve with fish and fries!
