Simple Hashwaffle (Whole30)
Here’s what you need:
-3/4 C. Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes
-3 Eggs, Scrambled
-Olive Oil Spray
Here’s what to do:
Set a waffle iron to medium high heat.
Combine frozen shredded potatoes and scrambled eggs.
Spray iron with olive oil and spoon in egg potato mixture, pouring the remaining egg over the top if necessary.
Let cook 8 minutes or until eggs are cooked or browned.
Done! I usually make it while I’m getting ready for work in the morning, and then wrap it in foil and take to work. Then when I get there I drizzle it with tons of Frank’s Red Hot. So easy and so yummy!
