Pumpkin Spice Matcha (Whole30)

Here's what you need:

- 1 tsp. Matcha powder, sifted to remove clumps

- 1/2 tsp. compliant pumpkin pie spice (check your labels!)

- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

- 2 tsp. Coconut Butter

- 1 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk

Here's what to do:

1. Steam the  Almond Milk. I use a Nespresso machine but on a stovetop in a saucepan works too.

2. Add powders together in a large mug. Pour almond milk over powders and use a stick frother to combine.

3. Drop in the coconut butter and stir slowly until it melts. Then grab the stick frother again and froth 30ish seconds until drink is smooth and frothy.

That's it! I like to drizzle date syrup on top when I'm not Whole30ing, but it's good unsweetened too. Just make sure you don't overheat your almond milk, or the matcha will be bitter. With matcha, it's all about the temperature. Enjoy!
