Roasted Sausage and Peppers (Whole30)
This “recipe” came out of a desire to use up a giant bag of tri-color peppers. I paired them with Bilinski sausage and a few seasonings and it turned out perfectly! I portioned it in pyrex and I’ll take to work throughout the week for office lunches.
Here’s what you need:
-1 Package Cajun Bilinski Sausage (or similar compliant pre-cooked sausage)
-4-5 Peppers, in various colors
-2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil (this one is my fave!)
-One shake each Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder and Paprika
Here’s what to do:
Preheat oven to 450°. Chop peppers and onions into slices, and sausages into rounds.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Add peppers, sausage, avocado oil and seasoning and toss to coat.
Bake for 20 min. Store in single serve containers and refrigerate for a quick microwave meal throughout the week!
Soooo simple right?! Who says the Whole30 has to be fancy or complicated?? Enjoy!
