Toasted Coconut Strawberries (Food Freedom)

Here’s what you need:

- 1 Carton Strawberries

- 1/2 C. Melted Coconut Butter (I use this brand)

- 1/2 C. Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Here’s what to do:

1. Place a small skillet to medium high heat. Add coconut flakes and stir continually until coconut flakes become golden brown.

2. Place toasted coconut on a small plate in an even layer.

3. Set up a station of strawberries, melted coconut butter and coconut flakes.

4. One at a time, dip strawberries in melted coconut butter and then roll in toasted coconut.

5. Add all dipped strawberries to a plate and cover. Refrigerate one hour.

6. Enjoy! After chilling, the coconut butter forms a delicious magic shell. So decadent and yummy!
